- We only accept products within 30 days after the delivery date. For those who have passed 30 days, we don’t consider any return, refund, or replacement of any item.
- Return must be shipped to us with all original packaging and parts in intact condition as the customers received them. Otherwise, a refund or replacement wouldn’t be possible.
- We don’t deliver products in some specific areas these are Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico
- If the customers don’t want the product they ordered, at this type of situation, they must carry the second shipping charge for any replacement orders.
- Customers have to return the products first before claiming a refund.
- We provide a return or refund for the products that are lost in transit, but for the products after transit, we don’t refund or return
