Return & Exchange Policy
- Any order discrepancy must be reported within 24 hours of receipt.
- We are not required to accept replacement or refund request of orders which are over 30 days past the delivery date.
- If an item is damaged, buyer must report with supportive images within 24 hours of receipt of goods. Refunds will be issued according to the extent of the damage.
- No Replacement available.
- Quantity discrepancies are not eligible for return or a full refund. Only partial refunds will be issued for the quantity of the product not received.
- Expiration dates on product should have a minimum shelf life of 90+ days. An image of the date code on the product will be required prior to discarding and refunding the order.
- Standard shipping service level means, that the orders are shipped based on parcel specifications such as weight, dimensions and destination. These services include UPS Surepost, DHL Globalmail and OSM in which USPS will make the final leg of transit to the delivery address. These services may incur an additional 1-2 days of transit time.
- In accordance to Amazon’s guidelines, most grocery related items are non-returnable / non-refundable
- 20% restocking fee may be applied for any of the scenarios below:
- Parcel is re-routed as “Returned to Sender” for any reason.
- Product returns due to buyer’s remorse. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
- Authorized product returns that are not returned in original packaging & have been opened and/or used. Authorized returns must be shipped back within 2 weeks for full refund.
